    berliner weisse | 8% abv

Half Acre dawn of man dipa

    drilldown

    diPA w/ banana, coconut & vanilla | 8.5% abv

This beer is another notch in our exploratory soup program. Gotta say, for all the new order tricks buried inside this can, it lands as an integrated set of vacation flavors — a Hawaiian shirt for your hydration super highway. Hop and grain bill importance begin to recede in place of an alternate desert-cocktail vibration. Dawn Of Man started as Monkey Party in the hearts and minds of some out most psychedelic team members. Along the way it became Dawn Of Man — a nod to Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey. It took a slight left and found this segmented banana-snake. What a gift to be able to indulge ourselves and track down esoteric forms of creativity.

An ode to the Aussie hops that contribute to this unique imperial sparkling ale, Boom Crash Hopera was brewed in collaboration with our SoCal compatriots at Beachwood Brewing. Highlighted by English malts and a bonzer of Summer, Galaxy, & Vics Secret hop varietals, drink in the juice notes of pear, passion fruit, and pineapple in this ripper of a beer!

    pipeworks astro dwarf

    unnamed

pale ale with galaxy hops | 6% ABV

We collaborated with our friends at Rhinegeist Brewery in Ohio to bring you part 2 of our 2 part collabo: ASTRO DWARF! This is a textured, soft, pale ale (some might even say ultra hazy...) with lots of juicy tropical galaxy, mosaic, and hallertau blanc hops. Some may remember Astro Giant, the first part of the collaboration with Rhinegeist. Astro Giant was a double IPA, and this is the lower abv, summer crusher option.
We're picking up notes of white grapes, papaya, soursop, and maybe even (brace for an oddly specific and very millennial reference) Capri Sun Coastal Coolers.

  • 6/10

    pipeworks pineapple guppy

    unnamed (1)

pale ale w/ pineapple juice | 4.6% ABV

This beer is so tasty, so tropical, SO pineapple-packed and perfectly summery. Best when consumed ultra-fresh.

dogfish head in & of itself

    in-and-of-itself-11-720x481-02845055-f251-42dc-a511-4603aae05c1c

    farmhouse ale | 7.4% ABV

Brewed as a rustic Farmhouse base, In & Of Itself was fermented with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. After being aged in red and white wine barrels for nine months, this ruby red-colored beer was finished with Etrog, Buddha’s hand and more than two pounds of raspberries per gallon. Bursting with aromas of raspberry pie, it boasts tart, sweet and sour flavors of raspberry, as well as notes of bright citrus and a champagne-like finish.

    creature comforts river ridge red

    Creature-Comforts-River-Ridge-Red

american wild ale ALE | 6.6% ABV

Combine Independence, Virginia’s River Ridge Organics raspberries, and Athens’s, Georgia based Creature Comfort’s oak barrels and talent, and you have this new wild ale. Creature chose some of their best barrels to blend onto the fresh raspberries, punching down the fruit into the barrels for a full two weeks. After that, the raspberries soaked in the ale for another six months in oak, until the brewery achieved a balanced acid profile.
